Both BGQ systems, bgq and bgqdev, are down due to a cooling failure.
We are investigating the cause. Given the scheduled BGQ downtime tomorrow, these systems will not be brought up before tomorrow (Friday Jul 5 2013) late morning or early afternoon. You can check the system status here on the wiki.
All other SciNet systems are up and should not be affected by the downtime.
