System Status: UP/SCRATCH ISSUES
A glitch caused the scratch file system to get unmounted everywhere. We are on track to fixing the situation. However, most jobs were killed and you will have to resubmit your job once scratch is back.
As for the recovery of /project directories for groups with storage allocation which is less than 5 TB in /project, recovery of their directories is still in progress. Until then, those directories are unaccessible (owned by root). If you can read your project directory, it means that the recovery is complete.
To expedite this process, for now, no material can be retrieved from HPSS by users.
Note that the monthly purge of the scratch space will be delayed until Friday, 18 Nov because of the downtime.
