Talk:GPC Quickstart

I'm running on the GPC and did:

qsub /home/ckerr/tests/reduce/runscript

The command in the runscript file:

ssh $index ulimit -a

shows that the stacksize has a hard limit of: 10240

I have tried to change the limit but it won't let me. I need this changed to 64k otherwise my applocation won't run.
